Session 1 stimulates: - the lungs - the heart - the diaphragm Session 1 is 26 minutes. Session 2 stimulates: - the throat sensory - the nose sensory - the throat muscles - the lung muscles - the supraclavicular lymph nodes - the cervical lymph nodes Session 2 is 22 minutes. Session 3 stimulates: - the olfactory system Session 3 is 24 minutes. The free version stimulates only the lungs (partially) . The free version is 12 minutes long.
